Cancellations & Refund Policy

You may cancel or reschedule through your confirmation text up to 24 hours before your appointment, or by contacting our clinic any time before the day of your appointment.

Any same-day changes to your appointment, including cancellations, rescheduling, or missed appointments, are charged in full, as your appointment time has been reserved specifically for you and your practitioner.

We completely understand that life happens and unexpected circumstances come up. However, same-day changes often leave your reserved appointment time unable to be refilled on short notice. This policy helps protect our practitioners’ reserved service time and allows us to continue providing exceptional care in a fair and sustainable way.

If you are experiencing symptoms of illness, please do not attend your appointment in order to avoid a cancellation fee. For the health and safety of our clients and team, our clinic and practitioners reserve the right to decline service if illness symptoms are present.

Illness-related situations may be reviewed for a fee waiver at management’s discretion.
